living in an annex

I think that the hardest think about living in the annex is that you have to stay in one spot for a very long time also on top of all that you have to live in that space with other people that you may not get along with very well. I sure know that i really could not live in one spot especially with my family mostly because we don't get along as it is so that being said i could not do it so i know how anne feels. This is the door way to the attic where anne was living at the time of the holocaust.

When I feel Crowded

I feel angry when I get crowded. Sometimes I don't feel too good. Somtimes I fuss and cuss and hit people. Anne probably feels uncomfortable when she feels crowded. I think she would try to move away from the people. It's no where near the same as what I would do. Me and her are way too different people in a lot of ways. She's no where near me, I don't think she gets mad like that. We are alike in that we are both lovers. She likes having relationships and so do I.

July 9th, in hiding

july 9th, anne and her family went into hiding at her fathers office building. the building had 3 floors, anne was apart of the 2nd and 3rd floor. I cant decribe how she feels but I think personally that if u cant go outside and you have to be in a up stairs attic for a long time and stay in hiding, personally i couldnt do it at all.

A Day With Anne Frank

Today we read about Anne Frank And Her Life During The Holocaust. They had alot of rules since Hittler took over there town. They Can't leave Out At A certain time or even be in there garden.
but pretty much it seems to be a great book were just getting started i am looking forward to reading this great book.

the characters in the book so far is Anne frank and her friends. I think personally that Anne Frank is a kind of girl that is self-conscious about herself, because i feel like she has a journal that is a best friend. I think that's kind of weird. I would just keep my secrets to myself.

Anne Frank's World

Anne Frank lived in Holland. She started writing her diary in 1942. In Europe in 1942, a lot of people were anti-Semitic, meaning that Jewish people were discriminated against, like in the picture above. Anne and her family had to leave their home in Germany once Hitler came to power, so they moved to Holland. Soon after, the Nazi power had control in Holland, and things got even harder for Anne and her family. Soon they had to go to Jewish schools, live in Jewish neighborhoods, and they couldn't have bikes or cars. The picture above is an example of the propaganda used against Jewish people in Europe at that time.

The map above shows how the world was divided when Anne started her diary, in June of 1942. The countries in black were the Axis powers, the people fighting with Hitler, or taken over by Hitler. The countries in Blue were the Allied powers, or the countries fighting against Hitler. The red is the USSR. They weren't a part of the Allied powers, but they ultimately fought with the Allied powers.
