During the Second World War, Zionism became the next chapter in Jewish culture. People beleived the Zionist Movement could help form the country we now know as Israel. After the Second World War Israel, became a contry. Also in the A.D. 60's the romans destroyed the temple in what is now Israel, which i believe is the reason this movement is called Zionist
